Anti-Human SPP1 Recombinant Antibody (ASK8007) (CAT#: TAB-582CL)
Recombinant Humanized monoclonal antibody expressed in CHO binding to Human SPP1. ASK 8007 is an antibody which acts against osteopontin, that has a beneficial effect on joint inflammation in patients with rheumatoid arthritis.

Figure 1 Anti-Human SPP1 Antibody (TAB-582CL) in ELISA
ELISA analysis of TAB-582CL was performed by coating with Human SPP1 Protein (His Tag). Then blocked with BSA and incubated with TAB-582CL. The HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 5000). Detection was performed using TMB substrate and stopped with sulfuric acid. The absorbances were read on a spectrophotometer at 450 nm.

Western blot analysis of TAB-582CL was performed with Human SPP1 Protein (His Tag) in reduced condition Lane 1, Lane 2 and Lane 3 (0.1 μg, 0.3 μg and 0.6 μg respectively) onto a 12% Tris-HCl polyacrylamide gel. Proteins were transferred to a CN membrane and blocked with 5% skim milk for at least one hour. Membranes were probed with TAB-582CL (2 μg/mL) and HRP-conjugated goat anti-human IgG as a secondary antibody (1: 6000). Chemiluminescent detection was performed.
